The Porth Wen Brickworks are an incredible assortment of ruins, built right on the beach and nestled into the cliff. From about 1850, they produced firebricks, by quarrying nearby quartzite. The bricks were used to line furnaces in the steel industry.
This etching was included in the Bainbridge Open, 2023.
